Challenge
Difficulty monitoring and implementing its sales policies online.

Solution
I worked closely with Allergan’s product management and customer service team to develop a detailed Standard Operating Procedure to monitor, notify and bring compliant online stores in violation of Allergan’s product sales policies.

Results
This project continues with success. We started off monitoring and enforcing one product and since have moved to four products. We average 4-5 website being brought into compliance per product per week.
