Challenge
Capital Pacific Homes (CPH) is a national builder with divisions located in Arizona, California, Texas and Colorado. Their previous website presence did not reflect their corporate brand or strengths. Each division maintained their individual websites resulting in an unclear corporate message and branding. CPH chose Stephanie and the Wirestone* team to lead their online implementation and integration. The objective focused on the launch of one site and brand for all CPH divisions that allowed users to search the current database of homes with ease and an overall positive user experience.

Solution
After extensive competitive analysis, Stephanie lead multiple Discover sessions, involving the CPH's executive and interactive management team. The sessions reviewed objectives and gained consensus among the key players. From the sessions, a blueprint for the creative and technical strategy was developed, including a creative and functional brief referenced throughout the development process.

Result
Based on this strategy, CPH launched (www.capitalpacifichomes.com) fully integrated with their current database and providing extensive search capabilities and customization. CPH also received awards from the 2002 Housing Zone for Best Home Owner Education Content and Best Home Search. CPH continues to work with Wirestone for additional functionality and enhancements.
